The cottages
On the site of an old farm in the heart of Mid Devon we have two exceptionally spacious and luxurious holiday cottages. Two Moors Way Holiday Cottages are situated in the most beautiful rural setting ensuring a peaceful, relaxing break.
The newly converted modern barns (The Old Haybarn and The Old Tractor Shed) are peaceful and welcoming and are all fully equipped with comfortable and stylish furniture, luxurious bedding, spacious bathrooms and a log burner. Each have their own private driveway and a private outside seating area, with a hot tub with stunning views.
SLEEPS UP TO 4
All bedrooms are fully furnished with comfortable and stylish furniture, with luxury mattresses and quality 100% cotton bedding.
Each barn can sleep up to four with; One super king bed or two singles and One comfortable double sofa bed. In addition a travel cot and highchair can also be provided at your request
Each have large rooms with plenty of space for an additional cot or put-up bed for younger children and the bedroom has black out blinds.
The bedroom features a luxurious bed, full length mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 32 inch smart TV and luggage storage.
Please note: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets to stay at Two Moors Way Cottages, however, if you have a trained guide/assistance dog please contact us to make arrangements.
Spacious Living
The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area has spectacular views with large full height windows and high ceilings.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, along with fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher and the living area has comfortable sofas and modern furniture with a 43inch HD smart TV where you can also access your Netflix and amazon prime accounts. All accommodation has free wi-fi throughout. The large full height windows have electric black out blinds so if you are sleeping on the sofa-bed you can wake in bed, press the blinds remote control and lay in bed admiring the countryside views.
Relax & Soak
The luxurious high ceiling bathrooms mean you can take a relaxing soak in the bath whilst looking up out at the stars.
The bathrooms all have a modern roll top bath, large separate shower, basin and toilet, with a heated towel rail, underfloor heating and electric shaving/toothbrush point.
COTTAGE HIGHLIGHTS
All accommodation has underfloor heating throughout, free wifi, logs for the log burner, bed linen and fluffy towels, fire guard, astronomy kit and all kitchen equipment is included.
The luxurious high ceiling bathrooms have a modern roll top bath, separate shower and heated towel rail. Accommodation is all on one level.
The bedroom features a luxurious bed, which can be made up as a Superking or two singles, additionally there is a full length mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 32 inch smart TV and luggage storage.
The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area has spectacular views and a comfortable double sofa bed with plenty of room and a 43 inch HD smart TV.
There is a large private outdoor area with stunning views and outside furniture, including a hot tub to enjoy.
Hot Tub
Outside you have your own private area with outside seating and your own Hot tub.
Astronomy Kit
Accredited as a ‘Dark Sky Friendly Business’ with Exmoor National Park.
Log Burner
A Log Burner and logs are provided for cosy nights in. Included with each stay is a fire starter kit containing an initial supply of logs, kindling and firelighter.
Guests have access to an electric vehicle charging point (EV Point) for fully electric/hybrid vehicle charging. Electric charging rates applied. Please enquire for details.
