The Mitre Inn
The Mitre Inn was built in the 17th century and has kept its character, with a big open fire and traditional decor throughout the building. The pub offers delicious food for lunch and dinner and also a take away service for you to enjoy.
La Petite Bouchee Brasserie
A fabulous French Bistro in Witheridge. The chef, Anita-Clare, offers a bistro style menu that must be pre-ordered. Delicious food is served in a quirky environment and the service is friendly! Open only on Friday or Saturday and for pre-bookings only. There is a lovely private dining room and Demelza (their vintage Citroen camper van) is available to book too.
The Mount Pleasant Inn
Situated within Nomansland this rural country pub offers delicious food for lunch and dinner.
The Thelbridge Cross Inn
Situated less than a mile from the accommodation in Thelbridge, this large country pub has a variety of menu choice and an outside garden area.
Within the Village
Two Moors Gallery & café
This quaint local gallery and shop features ethically sourced gifts, clothing and food stuff and the café has a selection of delicious cakes, the and coffee as well as serving breakfast, brunch and lunch.
West Middlewick Farmshop
There is also a local farmshop within a few minutes of the town which sells is own meat, local vegetables and raw and pasteurised milk from their herd of dairy cows.
Local takeaway
Within the village of Witheridge there is a weekly Fish and chip van (Friday), wood-fired pizza van (Wednesday) and Thai takeaway van (Saturday).
