The cottages
On the site of an old farm in the heart of Mid Devon we have two private, exceptionally spacious and luxurious holiday cottages. Two Moors Way Holiday Cottages are situated in the most beautiful rural setting ensuring a peaceful, relaxing break.
The two modern barns (The Old Hayloft and The Old Tractor Shed) are peaceful and welcoming and are all fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay, from luxurious bedding, spacious bathrooms, fitted and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a log burner. Each property has their own private driveway, a private outside seating area, with their own hot tub whilst looking out to stunning views.
SLEEPS UP TO 4
All bedrooms are fully furnished with comfortable and stylish furniture, with luxury mattresses and quality cotton bedding.
Each barn can sleep up to four with; One super king bed or two singles and One double sofa bed. In addition a travel cot and highchair can also be provided at your request.
The bedroom is a large room with plenty of space for an additional cot or put-up bed for younger children and the bedroom has black out blinds.
The bedroom features a luxurious bed, full length mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 32 inch smart TV and luggage storage.
Please note: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets to stay at Two Moors Way Cottages, however, if you have a trained guide/assistance dog please contact us to make arrangements.
Spacious Living
The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area has spectacular views with large full height windows and high ceilings.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, along with fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave and dishwasher., along with a dining table with chairs for four guests to sit and enjoy their meals comfortably. The living area has a stylish sofa, coffee table and a 43inch HD smart TV where you can also access your Netflix and amazon prime accounts. All accommodation has free wi-fi throughout of fast speed, through Starlink. The large full height windows have electric black out blinds so if you are sleeping on the sofa-bed you can wake in bed, press the blinds remote control, whilst you lay in bed admiring the countryside views.
Relax & Soak
The luxurious high ceiling bathrooms mean you can take a relaxing soak in the bath whilst looking up out at the stars.
The bathrooms all have a modern roll top bath, large separate shower, basin and toilet, with a heated towel rail, underfloor heating and electric shaving/toothbrush point.
HIGHLIGHTS
Each property is completely private and self contained with accommodation all on ground floor level.
The layout of each cottage is the same. The only difference is slightly different decor in each cottage.
Accommodation comprises;
Open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with huge full height windows that look out onto fields and open countryside.
Living room with wood burner, comfortable sofa and a 43” smart HDTV and fast WiFi throughout.
Fitted kitchen, well equipped with equipment and utensils to serve meals for four people and appliances including a fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, grill, microwave and dishwasher.
Large bedroom with a super king zip and link bed that can also be separated into two full size single beds, along with wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout blinds and a smart TV.
Luxurious bathroom with a deep bath under a skylight for stargazing whilst soaking. There is a separate walk in shower, toilet and handbasin, a heated towel rail.

Astronomy Kit
Accredited as a ‘Dark Sky Friendly Business’ with Exmoor National Park.
Log Burner
A Log Burner and logs are provided for cosy nights in. Included with each stay is a fire starter kit containing an initial supply of logs, kindling and firelighter.
Guests have access to an electric vehicle charging point (EV Point) for fully electric/hybrid vehicle charging. Electric charging rates applied. Please enquire for details.
